We are
brave birds

Until you spread your wings, you have no idea how far you will fly.

A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking, because her trust is not in the branch but in her own wings.

What We Do

At Brave Birds, we provoke clients to discover their warrior within and charge bravely to a new future of self-discovery and personal achievement.

Led by Tracy Balash, Brave Birds Studio has grown from Tracy’s desire and commitment to help clients discover their inner warriors to achieve greater personal and professional fulfillment.

Tracy provides clients with the confidence and strength to fly beyond their perceived limits.

Following a tested process and creating an environment of trust and intimacy, Tracy works with teams and individuals to nurture, provoke and push her Brave Birds from the nest – knowing that they have the smarts, skills and determination required to fly, to achieve a new level of awareness and ability.
